Marketing

Hey guys just a quick blog. The flyers are now here so the marketing team shall be busy from tomorrow onwards sending them out. Could i ask you all to hold back from ringing the box office tonight as ive only just emailed them to inform them of what we require. Johnny

Dear Sarah

Hope all is well, just a quick email to clarify the box office details for our production of the Bloody Chamber at 7.30pm on the 25th, 26th, and 27th of March.

- Audince to ring and book their own tickets and collect at any point up to 7.15pm on the night of the performance (after this time tickets will be resold). If possible could the Box office state this when tickets are booked.

-No late admittance after 7.30pm and no readmittance after performance has started even for toilet breaks etc (also stated when booking).

-Not suitable for young children

The flyers have now been printed (please find attached) and will be handed out from tomorrow onwards. If you have any quieries please don't hesitate to email me on this address jonathancook00@googlemail.com.

    Is it possible to mention to the box office something about there being a matinee on the thursday so tickets will be booked under tutors names!

    Yes good idea Jaz..also can someone from marketing also check with Oval House..bar arrangements (we will finish at about 9pm and would like the bar to remain open as long as possible. Also to check usher details (programmes too?) and to tell them about the performers in the bar, also can you ask about a display board or wall for your photos and some flyers for the nights of the peformances.
    Also shall we have a collection after the show and give it to a charity of some sort?

    Firstly Jaz i didnt really know about the matinee so i left it out. Perhaps maybe we could ask if you could have the tickets for that show and then send them to the schools?

    And il email the other questions to Sarah tomorrow :-)
