make-up

Costume and hair/make-up are meeting tomorrow to make final(ish) decisions ! I did say in the production meeting on Friday that I'd blog what we have so far and what we need to get in the next week or so, so this is mainly for accounts (Krish)... ebay sellers haven't sent me any of the receipts so would it be enough to print the page which says I've paid for the item and how much it was? Let me know asap so I know if I can get more stuff from ebay.

Black/blue lipstick - The Countess. These two together came to £3.75.
Black eyeshadow - the countess and possibly some of the men? It could look really good on Mikey and Johnny's characters. We may need more black eyeshadow once we've decided who's gonna be wearing it. The one I used on Catia last week was £3.90 but it's slightly glittery.

Jo bought 2 cans of hairspray which will benefit all and 2 packets of hair grips... she has the receipts.

Judea went out and bought hair gel, combs and some spray on hair dye (for the Housekeeper) - she also has the receipts.

The following list is of things we still need to get:

  cos if we bought cheapy ones they would easily get lost and we couldn't really play around with eye make-up as much... We can get one for about £10... open to ideas on this one.
  
  
• Foundation spunges - We could get a packet of 20 for about £2.
  
  
• Make-up wipes - people can bring their own if they have sensitive skin ... but we will also buy some cheapy baby wipes to make corrections with make-up if it goes wrong. I was wondering if we should buy some eye make-up remover for after the show, or should people bring their own stuff?
  
  
• I saw some tattoo/scar cover-up stuff on good old ebay but I'm not sure if it's neccessary cos Mikey will prob have a suit on and Jo might not be getting nakesville now... it's around £16 and I am not sure if it actually works.
  
  
• Pale contacts for Jean Ives - this is something Judea is looking into, but we need to all agree on this before we spend the money cos I believe they can be as much as £30.
  
  
• Poweder to make girls look pale. We can get this from Covent Garden.
  
  
  We did find some useful bits in the production office... we have blood for Catia and some fake eye-lashes. They might be enough but I think it could look cool if they all had different ones. We will discuss all this and more tomorrow!
