Marketing

Hey guys lots of things to add:

Firstly a message to Thomas, Fabz Babz, and Lucy, is it possible to grab some form of bio from you guys as were ready to start mocking up a programme and I believe that Lucy said the only bios she wanted were from the lecturers. Also I remember something about a short mini statment about the course and third year shows? Is that something we will have to write or something that you want to be quite specific about?

Chars :-)

Secondly I spoke to Sarah Cook on the box office at The Oval House, and her information about anything is extremly bleak, she didnt even know the name of the show from what i gathered (hence your difficulty in getting tickets whoever did so). She has asked that she is sent a complete proposal of everything regarding the box office and maybe details about the show so that they are well informed. I dont really know how to do this and so wondered if I could come and see Jules around 1.30pm tomorrow to get clued up on what to write with regards to making it professional etc. But this also poses a couple of problems such as with the begining and"The Men" (as were called) welcoming in the audience. As there will also be another show being performed on the same night in the upstairs theatre. So there will be two audiences congreating in the foyer (the upside being that the latter starts at 8.00, but i guess early birds will be there for the other production). This begining part has not been worked out so i dont know if we need to tell Sarah about it? Any comments?

And thirdly (as promised) the "Marketing Diary"
